La Fundación Poco Frecuente es una entidad sin ánimo de lucro, inscrita en el registro de asociaciones de la Junta de Andalucía, con el numero Al-1465.

Es una entidad que nace en Almeria, con vocación nacional y europea, para visibilizar y promover la divulgación las enfermedades poco frecuentes,  desarrrollar proyectos de investigación sobre éstas y para colaborar en las necesidades de los enfermos y familiares afectados por una enfermedad poco frecuente.

Nuestra sede social está en C/Milagro esquina con C/Alhóndiga vieja en el casco histórico de Almería.
